Children's Motrin Suspension Liquid is a medication intended for use in children. It contains 100mg of NSAID per 5 mL and is used for pain relief, fever reduction, and relief of minor aches and pains associated with the common cold, flu, sore throat, headache, and toothache. It is important to read all product information before use and not use more than directed. If the child has ever had an allergic reaction to ibuprofen or any other pain reliever/fever reducer, it should not be used. This medication may cause severe allergic reactions or stomach bleeding, and its use during certain conditions should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist. Dosage should be based on weight, age, and dosing chart, and the use of any dosing device other than the enclosed dosing cup should be avoided. It should not be used for more than 4 times a day or for more than three days. It is advised not to give this medication to children under three years of age unless directed by a doctor.*
