This is a description of a Multiple-Dose Vial that contains Fludeoxyglucose F18 Injection, a radiopharmaceutical used for Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging. The vial is sterile, non-pyrogenic, and contains 0.37 to 3.7 GBq of the substance, along with sodium chloride and citrate. The vial is for intravenous use only and should not be used if cloudy or contains particulate matter. The Fludeoxyglucose [18F] has a half-life of 109.7 min and the correct dosage should be calculated from the date and time of calibration. The vial should be stored at 25°C and aseptically handled. The activity concentration of the substance is measured in mCi per mL. The expiration time of the substance is 7.5 hours after the End of Synthesis (EOS) and the vial should be stored in a shielded container. This product was manufactured by the Kreitchman PET Center in the City of New York.*
