This is a description for a sterile non-pyrogenic multiple-dose vial containing sodium fluoride F18 Injection with NDC# 62072-500. It has a concentration of 0.37 to 7.4 GBq (10-200 mCi) of sodium [18F] fluoride in aqueous 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The vial must be used within 7.5 hours of the End of Synthesis (EOS). It should only be used for intravenous administration and not used if cloudy or contains particulate matter. The recommended storage temperature is 25°C (77°F). The container should be stored upright in a shielded container. This product is a radioactive material and is manufactured by Kreitchman PET Center CUMC in the City of New York, NY 10032. The expiration is 7.5 hours after the EOS.*
