Each capsule of Cyclophosphamide USP contains 50mg of Cydophasphamide to be swallowed whole without opening, chewing or crushing. The usual dosage can be found in the package insert. The capsules should be stored at a temperature of 20°C to 25°C and excursions to between 15°C to 30°C are allowed. Gloves should be worn when handling both containers and capsules.
