The active ingredient in each 5 mL of the suspension is 250 mg pyrantel base. The medication should be taken as a single dose according to body weight, and the dosage should not be exceeded unless directed by a physician. Common side effects include abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, or dizziness. The entire household should be treated if one individual has pinworms, and if any worms or symptoms are present after the treatment, a physician should be consulted. The product can be taken any time, with or without meals, without the need for a laxative. The recommended storage temperature is between 15°C – 30°C. In case of overdose, medical help or Poison Control Center should be contacted immediately. Do not take the medication if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.*
