QOcean Blue Alcohol Foaming Hand Sanitizer is an antiseptic hand sanitizer to reduce microorganisms on the skin. It contains Ethyl Alcohol (62%) as an active ingredient. The sanitizer is intended for external use only and should not be ingested. The product is also flammable and should be kept away from sources of ignition. In case of eye or skin irritation, seek medical attention if irritation continues. The product can be used when soap and water are not available. The directions are to dispense two pumps of the product onto the palm of the hand and rub thoroughly over all surfaces of both hands until dry.
