Desmopressin Nasal Spray is a solution for intranasal use containing active chemical Desmopressin. The solution has 0.01% Desmopressin acetate per mL. Each actuation of the spray delivers 0.1mL (10mcg) of Desmopressin acetate. The recommended dosage is mentioned in the package insert. The solution should be stored at a temperature of 5°C to 46°C. The pH is adjusted to 4-6 for intranasal use only. The nasal spray has a preservative added which is Chirobutandl 5%. However, due to errors, some details may not be accurate.*
