This is a description of a sunscreen lotion that contains 3.0% octinoxate and 2.0% isalate as active ingredients. The lotion helps prevent sunburn, but does not prevent skin cancer or early skin aging. The lotion should be applied to all exposed areas at least 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied every 2 hours or after swimming or sweating. It should not be used on damaged or broken skin and should be kept out of eyes and reach of children. The ingredients include aloe, citrus aurantium, coconut oil, and carrot seed oil, among others. The lotion is manufactured and distributed by Sun & Skin Care Research, Inc. in Cocoa, FL. Contact with fabric should be avoided and excessive heat and direct sun should be avoided.
