OXYGEN, REFRIGERATED LIQUID USP is a hazardous and combustible material used for oxygen deficiency and resuscitation in medical emergencies. It contains CAS NO: 7782-447 and is dangerous due to its cryogenic burns or injury effect that may cause or intensify fire. It is advised to handle it only after reading safety precautions mentioned on the safety data sheet (SDS). It also warns to keep it away from flammable materials, use and store it only in well-ventilated places or outdoors, protect hands and eyes with insulating gloves, face shield, and eye protection. In the case of fire, stop the leak and use equipment made of compatible material to cylinder pressure. The SDS must be read and followed before use. The product labeling also contains first aid instructions in case of skin contact.*
