Additionally, to decrease the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging, one must regularly use a sunscreen with an SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures like limiting time in the sun (especially between 10 am-2 pm), wearing long-sleeved clothes, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
