Highmark Hand Sanitizer is a plant-based hand sanitizer made with ethyl alcohol. It kills 99.9% of common germs and contains moisturizers and vitamin E to leave hands soft. It can be used for personal hand hygiene when soap and water are not available. However, it should not be used on infants less than 2 months old, open skin wounds, or broken or damaged skin. Caution should be exercised to avoid contact with eyes and inhalation. If irritation or redness develops and lasts, it is advisable to stop use and consult a doctor. The product should be kept out of reach of children and in case of accidental ingestion, medical help or a Poison Control Center should be contacted immediately. The hand sanitizer should be rubbed thoroughly into hands for at least 30 seconds and allowed to dry. It is recommended to supervise children under 6 years of age when using the product. The hand sanitizer should be stored between 15-30°C (59-86°F), avoiding freezing and excessive heat above 40°C (104°F). The inactive ingredients include water, PEG-6, AMP-Acrylates/Vinyl Isodecanoate Crosspolymer, fragrance, glycerin, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tocopheryl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, and isopropyl myristate.
