This is a description of a hand sanitizer product that contains isopropyl alcohol with 70% active ingredient. It is meant to be used for personal hand hygiene when hand washing with soap and water is not available, to help prevent the spread of bacteria. The product has a moisturizing formula with Vitamin E, but should be kept away from sources of heat or fire, and should not be used on children under 2 months of age, on open skin wounds, or if pregnant or breastfeeding. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use and contact a doctor. The product should be rubbed thoroughly into hands for at least 30 seconds and allowed to dry.
