Figure 2 (Image 03)

Figure 2 (Image 03)
This is a chart indicating the cumulative event rate (in percentages) for cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, and stroke. It compares the use of a placebo with aspirin versus the use of clopidogrel with aspirin. The data was collected over months of follow-up and other standard therapies were used as appropriate. The difference in event rates between the two treatments was statistically significant (P = 0.000008).*

Figure 4 (Image 05)

Figure 4 (Image 05)
The text seems to be a summary of data related to the mortality rate of patients who received Placebo or Clopidogrel treatment. The data shows that out of 1845 patients who received Placebo, 3.1% died before the first discharge, while out of 1726 patients who received Clopidogrel, 7.5% died before the first discharge. The data also indicates a 7% proportional risk reduction in death in patients treated with Clopidogrel compared to Placebo, with a statistical significance of p = 0.03. The information is also presented in relation to the number of days since randomization, up to 28 days.*

Figure 5 (Image 06)

Figure 5 (Image 06)
The text describes the results of a study in which an experimental drug called Clopidogrel was tested against a placebo. The study looked at the proportion of participants who experienced death, reinfarction (heart attack), or stroke within 28 days of being randomized to the drug or placebo. The text includes percentages and a graph showing how the two groups compared in terms of risk reduction.*

Figure 6 (Image 07)
Baseline Events (%) Odds ratio & Heterogeneity in the comparison of Clopidogrel and Placebo in different categories including sex, age at entry, SBP, heart rate, fibrinolytic agent given, prognostic index, and Metoprolol allocation. The text provides the number and percentage of participants in each category along with the odds ratios and p-values for the comparison between Clopidogrel and Placebo. There is also a global heterogeneity test with a confidence interval provided.*

Figure 7 (Image 08)

Figure 7 (Image 08)
This text provides statistical data from an experiment comparing the effects of Clopidogrel and Placebo on different patient categories. The experiment evaluated the events percentage, odds ratio, confidence interval, and heterogeneity. The categories evaluated were Killip class, previous MI, infarct location, and global heterogeneity. The results show that the use of Clopidogrel had a positive effect on some categories, while no significant differences were observed in others.*

Figure 8 (Image 09)

Figure 8 (Image 09)
This is a graph showing the cumulative event rate for fatal or non-fatal vascular events for patients taking aspirin versus clopidogrel. The X-axis represents the months of follow-up, and the Y-axis represents the event rate percentage. The graph also shows that there is a statistically significant difference between the two treatments with a p-value of 0.045.*
