This is a description of a Pharmacy Bulk Package with NDC 63323-005-02 and 918951. The package is used to prepare Intravenous admixtures only. The package contains 100mL MaxIvial® that is Preservative Free. It contains sodium chloride, 234 mg and Chloride 154 mg / mL with NaOH and/or HC1 for pH adjustment. The pH range is 4.5 to 7.0. It should be diluted for direct infusion and stored at 20-25°C (68-77°F). Once the container is entered, the withdrawal of container contents should be promptly completed. Contents should be discarded before 4 hours after the initial closure puncture. The container closure is not made with natural rubber latex, and it contains no more than 100 meg/L of aluminum.*
