This is a description of a Pharmacy Bulk Package with NDC 63323-005-02 and 918951. The package is used to prepare Intravenous admixtures only. The package contains 100mL MaxIvial® that is Preservative Free. It contains sodium chloride, 234 mg and Chloride 154 mg / mL with NaOH and/or HC1 for pH adjustment. The pH range is 4.5 to 7.0. It should be diluted for direct infusion and stored at 20-25°C (68-77°F). Once the container is entered, the withdrawal of container contents should be promptly completed. Contents should be discarded before 4 hours after the initial closure puncture. The container closure is not made with natural rubber latex, and it contains no more than 100 meg/L of aluminum.*

This is a Pharmacy Bulk Package of Sodium Chloride Injection, USP used for the preparation of intravenous admixtures only. It contains 400mEg/100ml (4mEg/mL) of sodium chloride concentrate and must be diluted for intravenous use. Each vial contains 100mL of solution and the package comes with 20 vials. Once the container has been entered, the withdrawal of container contents should be promptly completed, and the contents should not be used later than 4 hours after the initial closure puncture. The container closure is not made with natural rubber latex, and it contains no more than 100mcg/L of aluminum. The lot/exp number is not available.*
