Cladribine Injection is a prescription medication used for intravenous infusion. Each 10 mL single-dose vial contains 10 mg of Cladribine (1 mg per mL) and 9 mg of sodium chloride. The pH of the medication is approximately 6.3, which could have been adjusted by adding phosphoric acid or dibasic sodium phosphate. It should be prepared according to the package insert guidelines and not infused directly. The unused portion should be discarded. It must be refrigerated at 2° to 8°C and protected from light.
