OXYGEN, REFRIGERATED LIQUID usp UN 1073 is a liquefied oxidizing gas used for emergency use only when administered by properly trained personnel for oxygen deficiency and resuscitation. Extreme caution must be taken when handling as it can cause severe frostbite, and vigorous combustion. It is important to keep the container upright and not to drop it. Equipment must be cleaned for oxygen service before use, and only pressure-reducing equipment and apparatus designed specifically for oxygen should be utilized. When using liquid withdrawal, gloves, and a face shield must be worn. In case of frostbite, medical treatment should be sought immediately. Store and use with adequate ventilation, and refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for usage guidelines. Keep away from combustibles, oil, and grease. Do not get liquid in eyes, on skin, or clothing. Close valve after use and when empty.*
