Clindamycin Phosphate and Benzoyl Peroxide Gel is a pharmaceutical product dispensed in a 50g pump dispenser. Each gram contains 1% clindamycin as phosphate and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. The gel has a 10-week expiration date and should be stored in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C before dispensing. After dispensing, it should be kept at room temperature up to 25°C and should only be used externally. Contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided, as it has the potential to bleach colored fabric or hair. The product is intended for prescription use only (Rx only) and has NDC number 63629-8635-1.*
