Erythromycin Topical Gel is a medication used for dermatologic purposes only, with each gram containing 20 mg of Erythromycin USP in a dehydrated alcohol and hydroxypropyl cellulose vehicle. The medication is flammable and as such, must be kept away from heat and flame. It should also be kept out of the reach of children and stored at a controlled room temperature of 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F).
