This is a description of a medication called Hydrocortisone Cream, USP used to relieve skin irritation and inflammation. It contains 25mg of hydrocortisone in a cream base of various compounds such as cetyl alcohol and propylene glycol. The cream is for external use only and should be applied 2 to 4 times a day as per the instructions inside the package. The medication comes in a tube of 20g, and to puncture the tube seal, one has to remove the cap, turn it upside down and insert the puncture tip onto the tube seal before screwing the cap back to close. The medication should be stored between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius, and out of the reach of children.*
