Levalbuterol tartrate HFA Inhalation Aerosol is a medication that comes in the form of an inhaler containing 200 metered inhalations (15 g) of a solution consisting of 59 mcg micronized levalbuterol tartrate with propellant (HFA-134a), dehydrated alcohol USP, and oleic acid NF. It is designed for oral inhalation using XOPENEX HFA® Actuator Only. One actuation is equivalent to 45 mcg of levalbuterol. The medication should be kept away from children and stored at a controlled room temperature of 20°-25°C (68°-77°F), protected from freezing temperatures and direct sunlight.
