This is a hand sanitizer gel by Orallabs called "Leashables" that kills 99.9% of germs and contains moisturizers. It comes in a small size of 0.25 fl oz (7.5mL) and includes alcohol and other ingredients to decrease bacteria on the skin. It also contains some inactive ingredients such as Dimethicone, Disodium EDTA, DMDM Hydantoin, Polysorbate20, Propanediol, fragrance, and water. The product has some warnings regarding external use only, not to be used near a fire or flame, and to keep out of reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. The user needs to wet their hands thoroughly with the product and allow it to dry without wiping to provide effective protection.
