Swiss Herb Cough Drops provide effective relief from cough due to a cold or other inhaled irritants as well as occasional minor sore throat or sore mouth pain. The active ingredients, Menthol (4.8m) and oral anesthetic, act as a cough suppressant. The cough drops are sugar-free and great-tasting, and adults and children over six can dissolve two drops slowly in the mouth every two hours or as directed by a doctor. However, it is recommended to consult a doctor before use in case of persistent or chronic cough such as smoking, asthma, or emphysema. If sore throat persists for more than two days or accompanied by fever, rash, swelling, nausea, or vomiting, promptly consult a doctor. Swiss Herb suggests not administering the cough drops to children under six unless directed by a doctor.*
