This is a drug description for an Acetaminophen 500 mg tablet. It is a pain reliever and fever reducer that can be used for minor aches and pains from headaches, muscular aches, backaches, menstrual cramps, minor arthritis pain, toothaches, common cold, and reduces temporary fever.
