This is a drug facts label for Kirkland Extra Strength Acetaminophen Gelcaps, a pain reliever/fever reducer. The active ingredient in each gelcap is Acetaminophen 500 mg. It is used temporarily to relieve minor aches and pains due to headache, toothache, backache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps, muscular aches, minor pain of arthritis, and to temporarily reduce fever. The drug should not be taken in doses more than directed, nor for more than ten days without the advice of a doctor. The drug also cannot be used with other acetaminophen products, or by people who consume three or more alcoholic drinks every day. A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before use by people who have liver disease or are taking blood thinning medication. The label cautions that if pain gets worse or new symptoms occur, medical attention should be sought.*
