It is for emergency use only and should be administered by trained personnel. There are warnings to not use high concentrations for more than 5 hours, to not attempt to use on patients who have stopped breathing, to keep the cylinder, valve, equipment, and connections free of oil and grease, to not use or store near heat or open flame and to use only with pressure reducing equipment designed for oxygen use. Additionally, Federal law requires that this container be filled with oxygen USP only by establishments registered as a drug producer in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.*

This is a warning label for a high-pressure oxidizing liquid and gas under pressure. It can accelerate oxygen combustion, explode on ignition or impact, and cause severe frostbite. The liquid container must always be in an upright position and kept away from flammable substances.
