This is a medication used to relieve symptoms related to a cold or upper respiratory allergies, such as minor aches and pains, headache, sore throat, runny and itchy nose, and watery eyes. It contains Acetaminophen, Pheniramine maleate, and Phenylephrine hydrochloride. However, this medication presents some warnings, such as the risk of severe liver damage if taking more than the recommended dosage or if used with other drugs containing acetaminophen. It is not recommended for people with certain health conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and should be kept out of reach of children. It is recommended to use it as directed by a doctor, with a maximum of 6 packets in 24 hours for adults and children over 12 years old.
