NDC 64543-112-01 Symax-SR is a medication used by adults and adolescents 12 years and older to treat certain stomach/intestinal problems. Each green-colored table is designed to be taken every 12 hours, and contains 0.375 mg of Hyoscyamine Sulfate. Dosage can be adjusted based on need but should not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
