This is a warning label for a compressed oxygen container. The label states that the oxygen is dangerous and may cause or intensify fires as it is an oxidizer. It also warns that the gas is under pressure and may explode if heated. Safety precautions should be taken, such as keeping it away from combustible materials and using it only with compatible equipment. The label also provides information on the representative labeling in compliance with the FDA regulations.*

OXYGEN, REFRIGERATED LIQUID USP is a hazardous substance that must be handled with extreme caution. The container should always be kept in an upright position to prevent spills, which can cause frostbite if it comes into contact with skin or clothing. Smoking is strongly prohibited in the presence of liquid oxygen or in areas where oxygen is stored, as this can result in combustion. The oxygen gas must be used only with equipment cleaned for oxygen service and stored with adequate ventilation. The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must be consulted before use, and first aid must be administered immediately in case of frostbite. Only trained personnel should administer the oxygen gas for resuscitation purposes. Using oxygen gas for long periods without monitoring can be harmful to the body. Do not use on patients who have stopped breathing unless used in conjunction with resuscitative equipment.*
