This is a description of a product consisting of three 4-inch alcohol swabsticks saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol, manufactured by Shaoxing Fuqing Health Products Co. Ltd., China. The product is designed for topical cleaning or disinfecting, and each swabstick is sterile unless opened or damaged. The product must be discarded after single use, and should not be used with electro-surgery procedures or in the eyes. The warnings include that it is flammable and must be kept away from fire or flame, and that it is for external use only. The product must be kept out of the reach of children, and must be stored at room temperature, away from excessive heat, and protected from freezing. The only active ingredient is purified water.*
