This is a description of a liquid concentrate containing at least 900 mg of omega-3-acid ethyl esters, USP. Each capsule of this concentrate provides 465mg of Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) ethyl ester, and 375mg of ethyl ester Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The usual dosage should be seen in the accompanying prescribing capsules, USP. It should be stored at 20" to 25°C and should not be frozen. This liquid concentrate should be dispensed in a tight, light-resistant container, and protected from light at all times. It is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC located in Bridgewater, NJ 08807.*
