NDC 65162-683-12 is a topical solution of 2% diclofenac sodium, used for external use only with the recommended dosage of two pumps applied to affected knee(s) twice a day. Each pump actuation delivers 1 gram of solution containing 120 mg diclofenac sodium. The medication guide enclosed with it should be provided to each patient. It contains alcohol, dimethyl sulfoxide, purified water, propylene glycol, and hydroxypropyl cellulose as excipients. Hands should be washed thoroughly after application to avoid irritation or mucous membrane contact, and in case of persistent irritation, the use of the product should be discontinued, and a physician should be consulted. It should be stored between 15-30°C (59-86°F).*

This is a description for Diclofenac Sodium, a topical solution used for external use only. It is dispensed in a pump bottle, and each actuation delivers 1 gram of solution containing 20mg of Diclofenac sodium. The solution is applied to clean, dry skin and allowed to dry completely. It is recommended to wash hands thoroughly after application and avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. The usual dosage is two pump activations, applied to the affected knee(s) twice a day. Store at a temperature of 20°C to 25°C. The medication is available in a 3.8oz pump bottle and distributed by Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC.*
