Lidocaine Ointment USP, 5% is a medicine for topical use only. It contains Lidocaine base 5% in a water-soluble base consisting of polyethylene glycol 300 and polyethylene glycol 1450. It is not to be used in the eyes, and must be kept away from the reach of children. It is distributed by Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
