Intralipid 20% is a fat emulsion that comes in a 1000mL and 6 x 1000 mL package. It is for intravenous use only and each 100mL contains Soybean Oil, Phospholipids, Glycerin, and Water for injection. The pH of this product is adjusted with sodium hydroxide and the osmolarity is 260 mOsm/L. It can only be compounded with other pharmacy nutrition products and must be dispensed within 4 hours of initial entry. It has no more than 25 mcg/L of aluminum and should not be stored above 25°C or frozen. Pharmacy Bulk Package is not for direct infusion purposes.*
