Ammonia N-13 Injection is a diagnostic, sterile, and non-pyrogenic solution for intravenous use only. It comes in a multiple-dose vial with an NDC number of 65857-200-10. The solution has an activity range of 3.75 mCi/mL to 37.5 mCi/mL and is calibrated at EOS™. Each mL contains 0138 GBq to 1.387 GBq of no-carrier-added Ammonia N-13 in 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection. The product has a half-life of 9.96 minutes and expires 60 minutes after the EOS™ calibration time. It should be stored upright in a shielded container at 25°C (77°F). The correct dosage should be calculated from the date and time of End of Synthesis calibration. The product should not be used if cloudy or containing particles. The manufacturer and distributor of the product are Cardinal Health 414, LG, and it is available by prescription only.*
