Ammonia N-13 Injection is a diagnostic, sterile, and non-pyrogenic solution for intravenous use only. It comes in a multiple-dose vial with an NDC number of 65857-200-10. The solution has an activity range of 3.75 mCi/mL to 37.5 mCi/mL and is calibrated at EOS™. Each mL contains 0138 GBq to 1.387 GBq of no-carrier-added Ammonia N-13 in 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection. The product has a half-life of 9.96 minutes and expires 60 minutes after the EOS™ calibration time. It should be stored upright in a shielded container at 25°C (77°F). The correct dosage should be calculated from the date and time of End of Synthesis calibration. The product should not be used if cloudy or containing particles.
