Fluconaz is a prescription oral suspension for use only as directed. Each package contains 350mg of fluconazole USP that, when reconstituted, results in a 35ml orange-flavored suspension distributed by Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. The usual dosage is provided in the package insert. Mixing directions include tapping the bottle to loosen the powder and adding 24ml of distilled or purified water (USP) before shaking well. This suspension should be shaken well before each use and discarded after two weeks of use. Before reconstitution, store the dry powder between 20-25°C (68-77°F). After reconstitution, the suspension should be stored between 5-25°C (41-77°F) and protected from freezing.*
