NG 66268-6100-1 SMARTPAK is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, and preservative-free pharmacy bulk package for injection. It contains a sterile ceftriaxone sodium equivalent to 100 grams of ceftriaxone. It is not for direct infusion and not to be dispensed as a unit. This bulk package is intended for preparing single doses only in a pharmacy admixture program. Before reconstitution, store the dry powder at a controlled room temperature, and protect from light. After reconstitution, use it promptly, and discard the bag within 4 hours.
