Orfadin® is an oral suspension medication containing 4mg of nitisinone per 1 millimeter. It is manufactured by Apotek Produktion & Laboratorier AB in Sweden and marketed by Sobi, Inc. The medication requires refrigeration and should be stored between 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) before first use. After opening, it can be stored at room temperature for up to 60 days.
