The Fit 4% Herbalgy External Analgesic Patch provides penetrating and cooling pain relief for minor aches and pains associated with simple backache, sprains, strains, and bruises. Each pack contains 5 patches that are 4 1/4 x 6 inches in size, and can be used by adults and children over 2 years old, not more than 3-4 times daily. The active ingredient is Menthol 4 %, with inactive ingredients such as Sesame oil, Terebinthina resin, Zinc oxide, and Methyl salicylate. This product is for external use only, and should not come into contact with wounds or damaged skin, eyes, or mucous membranes. Keep it away from children, and in case of accidental ingestion, contact a doctor or poison control center immediately.*
