This is a drug used to temporarily relieve nasal congestion due to common cold, hay fever, upper respiratory allergies, and sinusitis. The active ingredient is Oxymetazoline HCI 0.05%. The drug is not recommended for people suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. The usage should not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours or be used for more than three days. Adverse effects such as discomfort, burning, stinging, sneezing or an increase in nasal discharge may occur. If symptoms persist, medical attention should be sought. It must be kept out of reach of children, and the bottle should be cleaned regularly. It is a Korean-made product which is distributed by Winco Foods LLC.*
