WinCo Foods Epsom Salt is a trusted remedy that can be used as a soaking solution for minor sprains and bruises, as a warm compress to reduce swelling, and as a wet dressing to relieve mild sunburn, mosquito bites, and bee stings. The pouch is resealable and contains 64 ounces (4 LB) of magnesium sulfate/saline laxative, with a maximum of 2 doses per day for adults and children 12 years and older. It is important to consult a doctor before use if kidney disease, have a magnesium restricted diet, have abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, or notice a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts more than 2 weeks.
