This is a drug information sheet for 222Quiet Nighttime Sleep-Aid. Diphenhydramine HCI is an active ingredient which acts as a nighttime sleep aid, reducing time to fall asleep. The product must not be used for children under 12 years of age or by individuals with breathing problem, glaucoma or difficulty urinating due to prostate gland enlargement. The shrink band of the bottle should not be missing or broken. In case of sleeplessness, a doctor should be consulted; however, if the insomnia persists continuously for more than two weeks, it is recommended to stop using the product and find medical assistance. Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding should ask a health professional before taking this sleep-aid. One should only take one 30 mL dose in 24 hours and only use dose cup provided. If overdosed, medical help or Poison Control should be contacted immediately. The product does not contain alcohol, and each 30 mL cup contains potassium 5 m; sodium 10 mg.
