Benzocaine is an oral anesthetic and analgesic that numbs and relieves pain while Menthol is an oral anesthetic that cools and soothes the affected area. However, there are warnings and restrictions on the use of this product, which includes avoiding its use if there is a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine or benzocaine, the need to consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve in 7 days, and that children below 6 years old should not take this drug without doctor's instruction.
