This is a warning label for Oxygen, Refrigerated Liquid USP with UN No. 1073. The contents are in liters and must be kept upright. It warns not to change or force fit connections and to keep away from combustibles. The liquid oxygen is extremely cold and oxidizing gas and can cause severe frostbite. For liquid withdrawal, it is recommended to wear a face shield and gloves. The oxygen should be used only with equipment cleaned for oxygen service and stored with adequate ventilation. Close the valve after every use and use in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). In case of frostbite, obtain medical treatment immediately. This product is for emergency purposes only and should only be administered by properly trained personnel for oxygen deficiency and resuscitation. It is harmful to use high concentrations of oxygen over a long duration without monitoring the effect on the oxygen content of arterial blood. It is not recommended to use on patients who have stopped breathing unless it is used in conjunction with resuscitative equipment.
