Numquick 5% Lidocaine Gel is a topical anesthetic and vasoconstrictor gel designed for anorectal use. It contains lidocaine HCI 5% w/w and epinephrine HCL w/w 0.01% as its active ingredients. The gel temporarily relieves pain and burning sensation associated with anorectal disorders. However, it should not be used internally. The product has a fast-acting formula but should not be overused more than the directed amount. A doctor should be consulted immediately if the condition worsens after 7 days or if symptoms such as bleeding, irritation, and swelling occur.
