This is a drug labeled as Anorectal Epinephrine, used for temporarily relieving pain, swelling, and burning associated with anorectal disorders. The active ingredients are epinephrine HCI and lidocaine HCI, and the drug is for external use only. The inactive ingredients include water, chiorobutanol, glycerin, sodium chloride, and sodium metabisulfite. It can be sprayed 1-2 ml to a clean and dry affected area, up to 6 times daily for adults and children over 12 years. Children under 12 should ask a doctor. If the product gets accidentally swallowed, medical help or Poison Control Center should be contacted immediately. If pain worsens or symptoms do not improve, a doctor should be consulted.*
