This is a product description for a 180mg tablet of Fexofenadine HCI, an antihistamine that provides relief from hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies. The tablet is manufactured by Navijo Mfg. Co. Inc. and distributed by Chattem, Inc., a Sanofi Company. The tablet is used to treat symptoms such as itchy or watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy nose or throat. The tablet comes in a tamper-evident package and should not be used if the carton is opened or if the individual blister unit is torn or opened. The tablet should be taken with water once a day and should not be taken more than once in 24 hours or with aluminum or magnesium antacids or fruit juices. The product contains colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, iron oxide blends, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, pregelatinized starch, and titanium dioxide as inactive ingredients.
