This is a medication called ASCEND X, with the active ingredient mycophenolate sodium, USP, used to prevent organ rejection in patients who have received a transplant. It is distributed by Ascend Laboratories, LLC and comes in a package of 120 delayed-release tablets. The dosage instructions can be found in the package insert.
