This text is a medication guide for Chlordiazepoxide Hydrochloride and Clidinium Bromide Capsules, USP. Each capsule contains 5 mg chlordiazepoxide HCand 2.5 mg didinium bromide. The usual adult dosage is one or two capsules 3 or times a day, before meals and at bedtime. The medication guide should be dispensed with each prescription. Additional dosage recommendations and other important prescribing information can be found in the enclosed package insert. The medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F), excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C (59°F to 86°F).
