NDC 68083-374-01 Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution is a sterile, prescription-only medication that contains 0.3% of Tobramycin used in the treatment of bacterial eye infections. Each mL contains benzalkonium chloride 0.01% (preservative), boric acid, sodium sulfate decahydrate, sodium chloride, tyloxapol, sodium hydroxide and/or sulfuric acid (to adjust the pH) and water for injection. The usual dosage is one or two drops every four hours as directed in the enclosed insert. It should be stored at 2°C to 25°C (36°F to 77°F). It is manufactured by Gland Pharma Limited.*
