PrecisionDose™ is a unit dose medication containing Sevelamer Carbonate in the form of 90 film-coated tablets per package. Each tablet contains 800 mg of Sevelamer carbonate. The usual dose is included in the enclosed insert. The drug should be stored at a temperature range of 2° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) and should be protected from moisture. The drug is prescription-only and should be kept out of reach of children. The product is packaged by Precision Dose, Inc. in South Beloit, IL 61060.*
